Temple Bar's best challenge came from an invited team from the Banks.
Leg 1.Brendan Ward from Morgan Stanley (16:57) put his team ahead with Temple Bar's Simon Ambrosi (18:02) for Temple Bar back in fifth place.
Leg 2 Ben Rowlands (17.57) kept Morgan Stanley ahead but Grant Brady (17.18) had moved Temple Bar up to third.
Leg 3 Stuart Major (15.02) caught the leader Rob Parry (16.46) after a mile completed and went through half way in 7:30 to put Temple Bar into an unassailable lead.
